Karen moved to Euroa in 2013, from the foot of the Dandenong Ranges (obviously drawn to the foot of the Strathbogie Ranges). It was then that Karen began working with Dr Bob as a veterinary nurse.

From always having had a love for animals and the outdoors, her dream as a child was to live in the country, have animals and grow vegetables...and here she is living that dream! Karen has also completed her certificate IV in veterinary nursing late last year.
Karen is a busy mum to son Jesse who you will often see here in the afternoons after school checking in on patients and chatting over a cup of tea and biscuit. When Karen is not working, she loves to spend time enjoying her hobbies of motorcycles, kayaking, gardening and walking their 3 dogs. Not to mention caring for their menagerie of 2 cats, 4 ducks and 2 chickens!
